My journey began in event catering, where I swiftly rose from a hands-on Catering Manager to the strategic role of Director of Catering. This progression sharpened my expertise in logistics and my knack for seamless execution, qualities that have guided over 1,000 weddings to resounding success. With a profound background in hospitality, I've collaborated with numerous esteemed hotels across Orange County.
